| Professor Lindemann is a leading expert on the history of early modern Europe, especially the history of Germany during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. She has made important contributions to the research on society combined with the history of medicine. During her stay in Germany she will focus on her current project on “The Fractured Lands: Northern Germany in an Age of Unending War, 1650-1700.” |
